Update by user Aug 02, 2018 Service will not help you Original review posted by user Aug 02, 2018 I have had my open range for a total of 1 month and my DVD player would not work . I thought I would help out I brought it to the dealer who then sent it back to Furrion who sent out a total new model that would not fit in the compartment that it came out of. They told me to contact Highland Ridge to get the wiring information . I called them and talked to a person called John Woodcock he told me he would get me the information that was about 3 months ago. Since then I have talked to another person from their department named Jennifer she was even worst then him. She argued with me that it was up to me to handle it and I would have to tow my 60,000.00 dollar trailer that I bought about 4 months now back. I read many reviews about this company before I bought it not good, I should of listened to what was said and stayed away . Do not buy a Highland Ridge their Customer Service will help you, I spent a extra 2500 on warranty bad idea. Stay away is the only suggestion I can give to anybody reading this.
