What, if anything, do I do now? You shipped meds to me on 11/30/2020, Priority Mail, 2-day delivery, which just arrived on 12/ 23 !!!! Due to the late or presumed lost shipment, I called to tell you of the missing shipment. As a result, you sent a replacement shipment which I received on 12/22. (Thanks for that.) I don't see shipping either shipment back to you but as a result, I will not need refills for some period of time. Do you agree and can you adjust your records so that I don't get more meds than I need? Please advise as to what, if anything, I have to do, I will identify myself and tell you what was on the late delivered package. I am Arthur Dandeneau, 29 Millpond Road, Sudbury, MA. The package had a "REF1' number 40150**** and USPS Tracking number 9205 59** **67 0402 **** 67. I await your response. Arthur Dandeneau User's recommendation: Try to find an Email to contact OptomEX without going into the Pissed Off category.
