They sent me a faulty product, then I complained and told them exactly what was wrong and was given the link to pick exactly which part was faulty to be replaced. I also noted the problem snd for them to check it prior to resending in emails. Then I got the replacement and they sent me the whole unit, not just the part, and it had exactly the same problems. Then we went through it again. Then I received the 2nd replacement and guess what? Exactly the same problems again. Then they demanded I pack it perfectly for them for return before they will give me a refund User's recommendation: Don’t do it.
