Duke rocking recliners

Just after 2 months, the mechanics don't work right and the cushions are collapsing. These chairs are already ready for the trash heap. We contacted the store 2 months ago and they are still waiting for parts. When the service guy came out to look at our recliners (we bought 2), he said they were having a lot of problems with this manufacture.
