Dues Trial Period incorrect

Hello, I chose a 180 day trial period since some people are not attending meetups at this time. Why is there a date after member's pictures for March 2021? How do you change that. I don't want people to be kicked out because they are not paying or attending now but don't want to change each one individually to exempt then non exempt.
