DUE TO COVID-19 WE ARE NOT GETTING A REFUND BECAUSE THE REP TOLD US DIRECTLY THAT COVID-19 IS NOT A PERSONAL INJURY OR ILLNESS.

"TRIPLE ZEROS 000" FOR THESE COMPANIES! WAY2GO IS THE AGENCY THAT WE BOOKED OUR 5/19 ITALY TRIP WITH AND DUE TO COVID-19 IT WAS CANCELLED AND WE HAD UP TO 2021 TO RE BOOK. WE HAD PURCHASED THE INSURANCE BECAUSE WE ARE BOTH SENIORS THE REPS SAID IF WE WANTED A REFUND WE NEEDED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH ALLIANZ AND THEY WOULD CONTACT WAY2GO FOR OUR REFUND. BOTH ENTITIES ARE NOW PLAYING THE BLAME GAME. IT CAME DOWN TO THE FACT THAT COVID-19 IS NOT CONSIDERED A PERSONAL OR MEDICAL CLAIM THAT THEY CAN HONOR! SO NO REFUND. NOW WAY2GO REP STATED THAT WE CAN RE BOOK A TRIP INTERNATIONALLY ONLY BUT THEY CANNOT GUARANTEE IT BECAUSE THE COUNTRIES ARE NOT ALLOWING AMERICAN TOURISM OR FLIGHTS INTO THEIR COUNTRIES. TOTAL LOST DUE TO FRAUD: $3K!!!! User's recommendation: EVERYONE PLEASE INCLUDE YOUR TRAVEL AGENCY AND INSURANCE CARRIERS NAMES BECAUSE THEY ARE FRAUDS!
