Drunk driver?

I was driving in my neighborhood of Kings Grant, marlton NJ, when I was stuck behind a PJ Fitzpatrick car driving about 15mph under the limit. The driver continued to drift in and out of the shoulder as well as brake randomly, causing a traffic jam on crown royal parkway. Get drunk drivers off our streets!
