Dr’s appointment

Had an appointment with Dr. Swartz Dec. 2017. @ 11:00 a.m. Didn't see Dr. Swartz until 12:45 p.m. What a mess. He was very rude, never examined my foot, and to busy asking personal questions to the young lady that drove me to the appointmentment. Now my disability has been denied. Wow what a joke this man is.
