Dropped without contact

I would not advise us at all. I had her dental insurance and the payments were going through on their end even though nothing had changed on my end and they didn’t call and I didn’t receive any letters and they dropped my coverage and refuse to reinstate me. The customer service people are absolutely worthless and I wouldn’t recommend this at all.
