I paid for NEXT DAY DELIVERY (BY 5:00pm YOU ADVERTISED), $24.99. Now it is 9:27pm the night after COMPLETING/PASSING your course and still have NOT received my UPDATED DRIVING RECORD !!!!! User's recommendation: NO ABSOLUTELY NOT.
