The bank changed the drive-up machines. The buttons are covered with thick plastic which makes it almost impossible to operate. It would not respond when I pushed the buttons and there is no way to contact bank staff. After three times trying to use the new machines and having to enter the bank during the COVID-19 pandemic and the machine finally swallowing my card, I am now transferring my banking business after 40 years with Union. User's recommendation: Find a bank where you can actually press the keys or buttons.
