Drivers drop product and run–won’t ring bell or pick up empties from disabled customer
2
I have been a customer for over 20 years with Ozarka, which became ReadyRefresh. I am a disabled older woman with a disabled son at home. I have constantly called the company to get their drivers to use the doorbell as we are hearing impaired to deliver orders as well as collect empty bottles. The company will tell its drivers to ring the bell and pick up empty bottles. This only lasts 2 deliveries and then the drivers go back to leaving bottles at my door without ringing and never picking up empties. I am not able to pick up the bottles left at door and I cannot put out empties. I am tired of dealing with a company that gives such poor customer service and plan on cancelling my service with them and going elsewhere. I understand several companies here are owned by Nestle as well but maybe, just maybe, they will have better customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Complaint: Drivers ignoring delivery orders. Solution: Drivers to do their job. Customer service to train drivers, and follow up to be sure they are not costing the company customers.
