I work at a senior complex (which is obvious to the drivers, I am sure) and I have already placed a complaint, and am on hold to do so again. The driver drops packages inside the door, instead of taking them to the resident's door. Some of our residents are as old as 96, and they do not need to be trying to pick up heavy boxes to take them upstairs to their apartment. It is the driver's responsibility to get packages to the door of the resident's apartment. User's recommendation: Specify that you want door delivery if you live in an apartment complex.
