Driver Boost rip-off.

I made what has turned out to be the mistake of subscribing to one year of Driver Boost. When I checked my credit card statement, I had been debited for £47 93. At current exchange rates, that appears to equate to one year's susubscription + a second year at reduced rates -- twice! I have tried e-mailing them twice to no avail, other than an auto-reply that assures me that the second year at reduced rates will be refunded if I didn't intend it(that's without even knowing the nature of my request!). They go on to say that, 'Should I require further assistance, then I should respond directly to this e-mail' and that response time is normally 1 to 2 days. I did respond and it is now a week since my last e-mail. If the sequential case numbers of the auto-responses are anything to go by, they have received 5000 queries in that time. I am not surprised! Something tells me that this will just have to go down as one of those lessons in life. Avoid them like the plague!
