Driver behavior

Took the bus from PNC Art center to Port Authority , Bus # 6662 at 7:00am 8/20/19. The driver had put the radio on high and could be heard throughout the bus, this has never had happen before. Also the driver seemed to be in bad mood and honked loudly at other cars on turnpike. Academy please do something to improve the service.
