Read Only This Post- You'll Be Good.! I helped my folks purchase a used car from Drive with Pride after they lost both their cars in Hurricane Harvey. The short story of this nightmare: 1. Sales People= Liars! The sales person barely new anything about the car. Salesperson Alan- knew nothing! That feeling you get when you walk onto a car dealership lot, as if you feel their ripping you off- amplify that feeling by 10 times when you come to this place. 2. Mechanic Division= Unsafe Vehicles! No quality assurance. My father had to point out that the A/C nor the radio worked. We took the car to a local mechanic after our Hurricane Harvey situation stabilized and was told the car is deemed unsafe to drive. 3. Management Team= Corrupt! The leadership team failed to provide us with a car title after paying for the car in full in the amount of $5,000.00- cash. My father had to submit a claim to the DMV after more than 4 months of not receiving the car title. Make sure to have a 2nd party( creditor) involved in your transactions if you deal with this company- or you will have no course of action. 4. Customer Satisfaction= Not Happening!.. I made a call to the General Manager (Angela) after dealing with this car and its problem after 4 months. I sent an email and left a voice message. No response. My offer was easy. I will sell you back your garbage car and take a loss of $2,500.00 If you stand behind your vehicles it shouldn't be a problem right? So WHY did I buy you ask? Circumstances!. My father was out of work for several weeks and we needed to find something suitable to get him back to work. I flew in from California to help them out. So, if your not involved in a disaster, and have time to shop around, and have common sense you will NOT be buying at Drive with Pride. Although, if you don't care about your $$$. I will sell you one of their cars for 1/2 of what I paid.. I'm not above to taking $$$ from someone I warned to stay away. Protect your $$$ go elsewhere.!
