Drive though lack of attendance

On February 2, 2020, we visited the Harrisburg, NC location at 8:40pm. We were the 3rd car in line, but then we got to the order screen at 8:47pm and sat for approximately 10 minutes while a a vehicle in front of us was getting 2-3 smoothies. As we sat in the vehicle at the menu/order display, no one was taking our order, but we could hear laughing and talking on the other end. We said hello, hello?, but still no answer. We waited patiently for 10 minutes; we began to wonder if the intercom was broken. At approx. 8:57pm, Sarah pulled the car up to the pay window a minute after the vehicle left wondering what was causing such a delay. When we got to the window we saw the window attendant quickly hang his walkie talkie and run around the corner. We know for a fact that the teenager working the drive through saw us because he gave the car in front of us three smoothies and looked back and at us. While at the window, we beeped the horn to find out what the status of the situation was. We soon came to the conclusion that we were intentionally not served. We beeped the horn so we could speak to a supervisor to express our frustration and bewilderment how 4 teenagers ignored us and did not provide any service or communication. In fact, when we arrived at the establishment, we saw approximately 5 people all sitting down at the seats near the front door entrance. The video will confirm this. Anyhow, after the window attendant, ran off from us, I got out of the vehicle because I wanted to ask one of the workers who is the owner of the franchise and who is the manager of the location. I insisted that someone come to back to the window so I can get some information. Since none of the employees would open the window, I decided to walk to the front door to see if someone would meet me there so I can express how unprofessional this whole situation was. No one would talk with me. This is an embarrassment to the service we are accustomed to and highly disappointing that 4 teenager boys chose to conduct themselves as such. No one displayed any professionalism or took any responsibility. This needs to be addressed within the organization because anyone that sits 15 minutes at one of their stores deserves service especially when the store is supposed to be open! I am extremely frustrated how we were treated. A
