Dress not the same as advertised

i bought a dress and it showed it had white trim around the chest and white one inch or more on the bottom. when arrived it had no white trim. i wrote and asked them where is the white trim, they said it didn't come with white trim, so why advertise it with trim. i never got an answer. won't buy again.
