dress and service were awful

The dress is nothing like it was online, the material is cheap, the dress is terrible, it was complete see through, and i tried to get my money back and return the dress when I received it but the company rep asked ridiculous questions to push off time and stopped responding to my emails so it went past the 14days so they don't have to refund me! This is a scam!!
