The day we closed on our home a drainage issue was discussed and we were told it would be remedied. Landscapers came out and dug out some dirt, which did not solve the issue. I have submitted numerous warranty reports to no avail. I am told the landscapers came out (which they never did as I have surveillance). They said nothing was needed. I have been told numerous time multiple people were coming with nothing. I have to wade through mud to take out my garbage and get into the backyard. I am tired of dealing with this. It has been 15 months. If DR Horton is having issues with a contractor, that is not my problem. I want this fixed! I have also been dealing with a garage door that needs a seal on the bottom so it does not take on water, and have also been told DR Horton is having trouble with this contractor (Overhead doors). I will give this one week for a response, and then I will take further action. Pictures provided show water and it was well over 4 days since rain with warm temperatures.
