Dragonfly Solutions is run by Jacqueline Zielenski and Brent Ivie, who are scamming people out of money for worthless products.

Dragonfly Solutions is run by Jacqueline Zielenski and Brent Ivie. A lot of astute business people were fooled by these two people who misled a lot of people over 21 months, including a lot of school districts. Celestine4ever at yahoo dot com represents a group of people who will gladly give you phone numbers and tell you of their personal experience of working with Dragonfly Solutions. The only reason we hung on so long was several of us tried to provide them a viable business plan to help schools before we realized they weren’t really interested in helping schools or they would have taken the funding and help we offered. We are afraid Jacqueline Zielenski is still out there trying to *** innocent people like Robyn T. of San Diego who we discovered might be working for her under an internship. Jacqueline got away previously from bad internet press by claiming she and Brent, while running Perpetual Green, were victims of an internet scam. We dare her to try and make the same claim this time. We will not make unsubstantiated claims nor seek to “badmouth” their company, but when we saw Jacqueline go on Rocket Hub after we decided to end our business relationship with her and then beg for innocent people’s money to sponsor what we knew to be a delusional if not illegal business plan, we feel compelled to speak out given we don’t want other people fooled given the lives they destroyed by their delusional business plans. This post is written to tell people to do their due diligence on this company who at first glance looks like a great concept but if you worked with them like we did for 21 months before we decided to end our association upon discovering their business plan was not only delusional (after checking with well known players in the Green Energy industry) but as we dug further we realized Dragonly Solutions was most likely a scam at best. We welcome you to email us, we will gladly set up conference calls, or private correspondence and share with you documentation so that you may decide for yourself. Unlike other posts, an email address is available for you to email and do your due diligence with. You will have no shortage of people to talk to, all of whom had a lots of contact with Jacqueline and Brent personally. You will find reputable people will respond. Dragonfly at first glance should have succeeded. They were formed in 2011 from the ashes of Perpetual Green, a company that was run by Brent Ivie and several partners before Jaqueline Zielenski stepped in to run Perpetual Green and try to save it from a failing business plan. When Brent had problems with his partners, she became the President of Perpetual Green and Brent Ivie, who had patents pending on a “box” technology he invented, and Jaqueline decided to get rid of all of Brent’s previous partners, reform under a new name, and focus on selling their black box technology strictly to school districts and making money by selling equipment and raising revenue streams by introducing a new kind of “carbon credit” or what they would call “Clean Skies for Environmental Certificates” or “CSCs.” We realize after this post, she may change her website, but here are the current facts at posting time. As of July 1st, 2013, below claims are verbatim quotes from their website: Dragonfly Solutions creates jobs! 60 manufacturing, 90 installer, 180 sales support. Fact: As of July 1st, 2013, after nearly two years in business, exact truth is they have created zero manufacturing jobs, zero installer jobs, and the 180 sales support force that originally signed with them ended their relationship after 21 months of discovering Dragonfly made zero progress in their promises and that their business plan was not viable in the market place. Claim: Money will be saved! $18,000 per school per years…that’s 21 million for 1200 schools per year. Fact: As of July 1st, 2013, zero money has been saved by a single district after nearly two years in business despite signing a contract with one school district in August 2012 and that contract was voided in July 2013. Claim:: Dragonfly Solutions saves each year…12 billion watts of energy, 2.8 billion lbs of CO2, 600,000 cubic tons of coal. Fact: July 1st, 2013, after nearly two years in business, they have saved zero in energy, none of these claims are even close to coming true. As of July 1st, 2013, they still claim on their website they have a signed contract with Ypsilanti School District of Michigan. I assure you that if you were to call the school district you would find this is no longer the case. They have zero valid contracts with any school districts after nearly two years in business with at least 1000 school districts being contacted by representatives of Dragonfly. Suffice it to say that in summer of 2012 they signed a contract with Ypsilanti promising to raise $6 million in revenue by selling Clean Skies for Certificates that were created and then harvested by Dragonfly to be sold in the voluntary carbon credit marketplace. These CSCs were offered on the market at $50 per certificate. Nearly one year after signing the contract and countless efforts at selling CSCs to large corporations who buy millons of dollars of “carbon credits” to raise money for Ypsilanti, there was zero progress made and it was during the effort by various salespeople to market CSCs that the “scam” was uncovered as Fortune 1000 companies, big name energy efficiency companies, and utility companies looked hard at what looked like a great idea, and thus they started asking questions as to the veracity of the CSCs and why they should do business with Dragonfly. Dragonfly won some awards that make them look viable. One of the awards they link to on their website as of July 1st, 2013 is a Clean Tech Alumnus Award for a Clean Tech company making the most progress in 2012. Quote: This year, Dragonfly signed a multi-million dollar contract with the Ypsilanti School District and has several other contracts pending. The company also established channel partnerships with two national corporations (School Energy Partners and Environmental Certificate Exchange) to market and sell its Environmental Certificates, and has grown its sales force in every state as well as in Australia. Fact, the Ypsilanti Shool District contract no longer is valid and they don’t tell you that ECX was formed in Nov 2011 and is owned by Brent and Jacqueline which they never fully disclosed to our company until it was discovered by someone doing due diligence on them. They have zero sales people working for them as of July 1st, 2013, at least none we have been able to find. It’s apparent they used the press and the internet to make one unsubstantiated claim after another and fooled a lot of good people they were making progress and over 60 people spent a lot of their time working for Dragonfly with one promise after another made over a year and a half before their claims began to fall apart as we contacted hundreds of school districts who asked fair questions. One example we discovered was an award they claimed to have won in Nov of 2012, the San Diego Chamber of Commerce Award, but we can tell you the claims they submitted to win this award were totally unsubstantiated. Quote from Press Release: “In 2012, Dragonfly was also recognized as an award finalist in the Innovative Product or Service category from the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. The Company has added over 60 sales representatives and recorded $10 million in sales contracts for 2012. They never recorded 10 million in sales contracts for 2012.” Please ask them to substantiate 10 million in sales contracts for 2012. We know they only signed with one district and it wasn’t anywhere for ten million in equipment sales nor was it for $10 million in revenue produced for the district per the now voided Ypsi contract they kept on their website even after our company decided to end our business relationship with them as we realized far too late we had been conned. Just email celestine4ever at the “ya who” if you wish to hear our personal experiences. Despite their constant claims their technology was “proven”, Dragonfly Solutions as of July 1, 2013 is a company that has zero equipment installed anywhere to substantiate any of their claims despite their many announced public statements that they beta tested this technology for four years. They have no software even developed much less beta tested, and this software is supposed to be the most advanced real time monitoring software on the market that they claim allows them to measure electricity on a granular level never seen before. Imagine selling software that is supposed to be the most advanced on the market and yet you haven’t even developed it. When districts started asking us to see this “amazing software” Dragonfly never told anyone in our company up front they had not even developed it nor beta tested it; yet they promised it would instantly appear upon installation of their black box equipment that no one has to this day seen in person despite being beta tested for four years per their claims with over a thousand installations. Ask Jacqueline can you talk with a single business or look at an installed piece of equipment anywhere given they told nearly every school district they had a thousand installations without a single failure. The more due diligence you do, the more you will find the truth. There are dozens of us who will gladly share our experience so that you don’t make the same mistake our company did. We got suckered because she claimed she wanted to help schools and we had the best of intentions and thought we could make money in commission while helping schools by raising revenue for their districts. After 21 months and well over 1000 schools contacted, nothing happened except we discovered a harsh truth about the veracity of Dragonfly’s business plan. Let her try and respond to this. We have the emails from them in their own words to make it clear just who is telling the truth. W hope this post allows people to ask the relevant questions we didn't ask given we were misled by them.
