I bought it from a cravin vapes in my town, and had it for about 2 weeks and it started the timeout error and I haven't been able to use it since. It won't hookup to a computer to do the update. Would a refund or a replacement be an option? User's recommendation: Look up history on devices before purchasing, voopoo has sold me many good products but everything has its faults.
