I have Provia windows installed in my new home. They're drafty! You can hold a candle next to the window and the flame will flicker there's that much air coming in. I complained to the Builder he blames Provia. Provia blames the Builder. I believe it's Provia's fault regardless because they made a window that's difficult to install correctly. Don't ever buy their junkie windows unless you don't mind drafty windows. User's recommendation: Dont buy them.
