I have had 9 Atrium windows installed back in 2002. In 2005 I have been contacting the company about the problems I am having. They sent out a Rep to check out the issue and he said they ( the factory ) used bad adjustment screws. The windows have large spaces on the sides and are very cold in the winter. The insulated glass has caulking in the middle for a seal and it's all cracked and moving ( yes moving in seal glass ) I paid a lot of money to have these windows installed and they are not replacement they are new construction style. Bottom line is Atrium makes a *** product and does not stand behind their warranty. WOULD NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN !! Yes I plan on changing out all 9 windows again
