I bought a tuner from them that had a glitch had to reset it. Lost all custom Tunes. They will not send me copies of delete Tunes. Little to no communication through email no phone number to call them. So all I have now is a tuner that has the stock can Tunes but with no deletes paid over $400 more for nothing. User's recommendation: Stay away with someone that does not list a phone number First Contact.
