WORST customer service imaginable. They NEVER answer the phone, NEVER return phone messages or respond to emails. Has to be a front for an illegal business because they sure aren’t running a legit furniture store. Any glowing reviews must be from friends/family/employees/fake accounts. Furniture was supposed to arrive a week ago and for one month I’ve called and emailed at least 50 times trying to get a simple tracking number. Today I filed a complaint with the Better BusinessBureau and disputed the charge with my credit card company since the furniture will likely never show up. Total *** Recommend you do your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache. Sham.
