Douglass Manor/Vatterott properties 546 N Elm, webster groves MO: little Mike C., property manager (with VERY POOR judgement) recently had a black female "social worker" trespass in apt. 107, in order to setup a tenant....ALL based on a complaint from a black female *** head, whose longterm livin boyfriend has been illegally staying with her, for years. Oh, did I mention this is a Section8 property? Also, last week a on parole/thug maintenance employee broke into a apt, stole items, contaminated the apt, and had the audacity to file a housekeeping complaint against the tenant. I've never seen such aggressive sexist/racist/ heinously disorganized property management! Vatterott doesn't care WHAT they hire!! Don't waste your time moving into this property. Incidentally, the amount of bedbugs, spiders and MOLD will cause serious health issues for you and your children.
