Called to confirm my delivery. Monday is the day established by Osterman as my delivery day. If I want propane delivered any other day than Monday there is an extra fee ($100 for weekdays and $175 for weekends). Office person said - Not sure if he will get there Monday due to the weather. (It's winter). So I asked if it was going to snow on Monday. She said, no snow, it's just winter. I pushed back and said Monday was my day according to Osterman and unless it's a blizzard I expect a delivery on Monday. Funny how they charge me extra if I want a Tuesday delivery but if they want to deliver Tuesday, I just have to wait. Total BS. They suck and I"m buying my own tank this year... it will cost me less per gallon and I will no longer need to talk to that awful office woman with the *** poor tude.
