Double oven Motherboard failed for the 4th time

I have had the ovens replaced once the mother boards replaced twice and they have gone bad again. I spoke with Melissa Banda (melissa.banda@***.co) at Dacor and she said she would get back to me in 24-48 hours. It has been 7 days and no response even though I left a voice mail for melissa and an email. My reference # is 677535 User's recommendation: Don't buy Dacor ... too expensive they they don't stand behind their product.
