“Double-dipping” Our Seniors!

WHY is TRICARE requiring our elderly PAY SOCIAL SECURITY TWICE to keep Tricare benefits, even if just dental? WHY is Tricare screwing this very, large population...AGAIN? $200 monthly from MY SS pay is substantial, and I'm at indigent-status already! "Eldery" starts at age 62, so this is a huge deal. TRICARE IS NOT YOUR FRIEND!
