Original review updated by user Jan 20, 2021 Sometimes I will pay, say, $80.00 before the bill is due to cut the bill to less than half when it's due. It doesn't matter what I do, when I receive my bill, it says that the bill is overdue. My budget is supposed to be $114.00 per month, but they charge me double regardless. Initially, I thought that perhaps I was missing payments, but the money was withdrawn when I checked my bank account. I'll stick until July to avoid being charged a fee. This is nothing more than a racket. I'm going back to Columbia Gas. Screw these crooks. User's recommendation: I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Nobody should be ripped of this badly.
