Double Charged on Yard Maintenance

I had lawn love come out on October 8th and the payment went through TWICE on October 13th. I contacted their customer service through their website, and they told me that their records do not indicate a double payment. I sent her a screenshot of my banking records, and they still deny that it happened. I had to go through my bank to dispute the charges and call my bank to stop any further payments from Lawn Love because they are overcharging me to begin with since they are only cutting my front yard and not the backyard. User's recommendation: DON'T USE THEM, THEY ARE TERRIBLE!
