Double charged for August, Did not receive Data plan for September

Update by user Nov 06, 2020 I haven't heard anything back from them Original review posted by user Oct 07, 2020 I had to return my phone and get a new one because it kept acting up. In the process I was charged for the automatic renewal for September. When I received the new phone, I was told there was no service on it, nor any recent transactions to my phone number. I had some balance left over from before I enrolled in the plan back in July, and that was put on. But, basically I was ripped off $20.22 twice. In August for a double charge, and September for deleted service. I think I should at least get a free month of the service plan I had for all this trouble.
