Double charged by error on money network end and they refuse to fix

Original review updated by user Oct 29, 2020 Made my car payment using my money network account and was immediately double charged resulting in my account being short 200 for my rent. Called car company and was told they were only seeing one charge on their end which meant it was an error from the bank. Called money network multiple times and the only resolution they could give me was to wait 7 days for it to fall off my account. Waiting 7 days is not an acceptable solution seeing as that was money I needed for my rent and it would still be in my account had their system not messed up and double charged my card. User's recommendation: Avoid this company and find a real bank that will not scam its account holders!!
