I had made this reservation ahead of my trip and paid for it with MC. After the trip I was tired and neglected to show my reservation sheet (my error). I had a Triple A discount on the first reservation, but when I was charged again at the exit it was for the full $80 amount with no discount. When I called to get a refund they told me I could not get the new charge removed but they would remove the original one (with the discount). The Park n fly web page clearly states that the refund will be given to the second charge, not the original. I also asked for an e-mail confirmation of the refund. Initially they did not send it. Then after a few days I called back and they send , but all it was was the original receipt. It did not show a refund at all ! All I asking is that I would like the second $80 charge removed and the original pre paid $71.70 to be the one charged for. Receipt attached.
