I have tried to buy a ticket on line in via ticketbis for a football game. I requested a call from an agent as I wanted to make sure I buy the right ticket. after we selected the tickets whcih were 1600 euro total they charged the card and two min later told me that there are fraud checks and the cant issue the tickets. Yet my bank is clearly showing they have charged the funds. After words I tried to speak with someone for 5 hours and they keep refusing to contact me and only saying that the transaction has been canceled and the money are refunded without providing me with any proof of that. two hours later the card get charged second time and afterwards receive information all is canceled again This to me is complete fraud because the site has no listed numbers as this should be illegal. And after having the online chat all I am getting is that no one can call me this to me is pure fraud. Two cahrges on my card no tickets and no contact
