Save yourself untold aggravation and do not get involved with these clowns. They're either scammers, incompetents, or both. After I cancelled their hosting, they proceeded to go into my bank account and take another year's fees...then wouldn't credit me. My bank had to take care of making it right. Every email correspondence had a different rep's name. I suspect they switch names so you have to start from the beginning every time you try to get satisfaction. In addition to that horrendous service, they are apparently involved with "rebateheaven.com", a firm that promises a rebate on hosting fees, but then attempts to duck their obligation. Watch out!
