Nurse came out and asked me if I had signed in. I said yes. She said "Did you hit done?", with a rather sharp tone. I said I don't remember hitting done but, I finished the process. She said "Lets check". So we walked over to the screen and she immediately saw "No, you didn't hit done, you're not finished." Then my name appeared on screen and she said "Oh, is that you? I said yes. She said "I guess you did finish, have a seat." There was something about her demeanor and tone that before I even got called in for the physical I knew she was going to fail me for something. And I was right. Once the physical began, her tone and questions were more like a criminal investigation than a physical. She was asking me questions while looking at the computer screen where she could see all the information that was seeking. Things that I don't even remember. After an hour and 15 minutes she disqualified me for something that was on my records and resolved 15 years ago that no other previous nurse ever had an issue with regarding qualification. Now, if she was acting as a true professional and had a valid concern then she could have given a 3 month extension to address it without unneccessarily putting me out of work. That wasn't her goal, she was determined to disqualify me before I even sat down and she did. Ill get it resolved and Ill go back to work but, I will NEVER use minute clinic again for anything.
