Doro 7050

Phone works great when it wants to. Phone has problems freezing up. Does this at least twice a week. Have to take the battery out to reboot it. Took back the first one that had this problem. Now having the same trouble with my replacement. Getting old pulling battery out. Is there a solution to this problem?
