I received 10 cheese burgers and ten white castles with no pickle, no onion and no ketchup. I Called the location and a worker told me in the notes i should not have input anything. I said u guys make mistakes sometimes so forgive me for being redundant. I told her if i didn't want pickle or onion or ketchup I would have said that and I can't believe they would make a assumption like that. In addition my wife tells me that the cheese burgers did not have, pickle, onion, or ketchup so I said explain that. They did not own up to there mistake nor offed any kind of apology. 34 dollars for disappointment.
