Don’y try and make a payment by way of their prompt system.

I'm a customer who happens to be making payments on behalf of my sister. The system used to let me call, give a loan number, speak with a customer service rep and make the payment. Now, the system doesn't recognize my phone number, it no longer asks for the loan number which would keep me moving forward, and stalls every effort I can make, just for me to give my money over to make a monthly mortgage payment. Who's the genius who came up with locking out a segment of their customers? What's going to happen when the payment is late, or better yet, doesn't get there? Thx -
