I was recently let go so now I can let company secrets out. When you have a delivery from Hanks, be sure and look the furniture over real good. They like to send furniture off the showroom floor that's been beat up and sat in or laid on by hundreds of people and charge you new prices. Then give you the run around on trying to get it replaced. I watched this go on for the 2 years I worked there and I think it's a shame to do people like that. Check your furniture out before the delivery guys leave . Just a heads up . If you plan on working for Hanks don't because if you buck the yesmen they got working there you'll be out of a job. they treat the delivery guys pretty bad.
