When this was actually Marks Work Warehouse it was decent. Since it was bought by Canadian Tire and changed to Marks it has gone completely downhill. Their stores don't carry 75% of what they show on the website, and their online system is a disaster. I don't know where to get comparable clothes so i still buy from them and place an order every few months. I would say 3 or 4 out of 5 online orders arrive with incorrect items, either the wrong item, wrong size, or completely missing. Tying to get the issue fixed takes week, it will take them 4 days just to respond to a facebook or email message. You can call in but the people you talk to can't actually do anything other then submit a case to a "Case Manager" who takes 1-2 weeks to get back to you. Because stores don't carry stock you can't exchange an item there so then after you finally get contacted by a case manager, get everything worked out which takes another week, then wait for shipping which takes another week you are looking at a month or more. That assumes that the shipping only takes a week, I've had items shipped to a store and had it take over 3 weeks, to ship from one of their stores to another. Their clothes have taken a hit in quality recently as well but then so have most places. Bottom line is if you can find what you're looking for in store then you're probably okay but if not and you plan to order online be prepared for a significant amount of headache and grief and to spend an obscene amount of time getting everything worked out.
