After three months of back and forth, my project with a maker on Custommade ended up with me filing a dispute with my credit card company. The maker never made my item, despite giving my bogus updates and assuring me it was shipped. On top of that, Custommade only allows reviews for projects that have been marked completed BY THE MAKER. So if the maker never makes your project, and scams you out of money, you can't review them and warn other people. Sounds like a perfect situation for scam artists. It's a stupid rule and a ridiculous business model. Also DO NOT WORK WITH HEIR MODERN - ANDREW NAYLOR IS A SCAMMER.
