Purchased 2 bookcases in Dec 2018. Was told 10 working days to receive as they were "backordered" After waiting 6 weeks with zero feedback from store after numerous attempts on my part to find out what was going on I finally called and was told they had arrived! Never, never, never again! Sorry excuse for customer service (non existent). Just a cheap copy of Gallery Furniture run by lazy employees.
