As best I can tell, their entire business model is based around making it more of a pain in the rear to cancel then to just conitnue. I signed up for 1 year of prepaid. They assured me I could use my existing device. I couldn't. Had to pay more for their device, *AND* send them my existing device. In spite of delivery confirmation they lost it and charged me $99. Their device was would randomly beep loudly for no reason. I finally gave up and unplugged it. I assumed we'd be done when my prepaid was up, but nope, apparently I signed up to be their customer in blood and it's a HUGE fiasco to attempt to quit. In spite of my system not reporting in for months they continued to bill me. If they worked 1/10th as hard at supporting customers as they do at collecting money they'd be rock stars. Their entire system requires you to go to many different URLs. Their customer support isn't empowered to do anything. To cancel you have to go to one website, fill out several pages and *THEN* call to get a cancellation code. Additionally several communications from them come from unmonitored email addresses.
