I had some freight picked up and expected a 2 day delivery as indicated in their sales materials.... This turned into 8 days... I tracked the shipment expecting it to deliver today, (Friday) after 7 work days in transit. Now it is not going to be delivered until MONDAY.. Talked with a customer service person to try and understand what happened... no luck with that. I asked about reducing my freight bill. He said it wasn't guaranteed.. My interpretation of that is they can deliver it when ever they want. I will not use this company again!
