Don’t use their bill pay feature

They don't even deserve a single star, but, you have to give one to submit a review. They bought my bank and when they moved my portal account they deleted my recurring bill payment to my mortgage company. For the first time in my life I missed a mortgage payment. There was no notification that my web portal was going to change. There is no 24/7 number to call about this. You would think that if they are going to monkey with someones finances they would have 24/7 customer support until all of the issues are resolved. You couldn't even see recent transactions on the portal. The feature wasn't available. Really, this is the best you can offer a customer who has been with you for 20 years. I had to go through a third party app to get my recent transactions.
