We used Right at Home, Jenkintown, Pa. and hired a day shift and night shift. Don't use them if you care for your family member who needs attention. The employees will steal from you.......food, groceries, toilet paper, latex gloves etc. They are undependable, arrive late and fall asleep at night when you are paying them to provide care for your loved one. I took my mother and the night time caregiver to the Hospital ER at midnight and the care giver feel asleep in the ER. Being 4 feet from her and calling her name loudly did not wake her.
