Don’t use OnTrac. Horrible customer service.

My package was delayed for a week. I called and was told that it was sent to the wrong warehouse in Seattle. I was told that a request to have it delivered would be submitted. Five days later, still no package. I called and talked to Jennifer. She could care less and just told me that it was delayed, which I obviously new. Clearly she could care less about helping me or my package. She showed little concern and her attitude was "it's delayed, it is what it is"... No I'm sorry, let me see what I can do... just horrible experience.
